These fat bomb biscuits are also amazingly simple to make and requires the most basic kitchen essentials.

This keto recipe calls for coconut flour, eggs, butter, diced ham, cream cheese, and grated Cheddar Cheese. You can also customize the recipe with seasonings of your choice.

You also require a large mixing bowl or food mixer, Baking Sheet or Silpat baking mat and something to combine the ingredients if not using a food mixer.

Start by preheating your oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit.

Combine the dry ingredients, including coconut flour and baking powder in a large mixing bowl.

I use cream cheese that is room temperature, as I find it mixes better.

Add the cream cheese, grated cheddar cheese, and eggs then mix until the ingredients are thoroughly combined.

Today I’m using bavarian sliced ham to give the recipe a slight peppery kick.

Slice ham into finely diced pieces and mix to combine.

Prepare a baking sheet lined with parchment paper or use a Silpat baking mat.

Drop the batter by spoonfuls onto the baking sheet and mold it into your preferred biscuit shape.

Bake at 375 degrees for 15 minutes or until the melted cheese browns.

  • 1/2 Teaspoon Baking Powder
  • 1 Tablespoon Butter
  • 1 Cup Cheddar Cheese
  • 1 Cup Finely Diced Ham
  • 4 Ounces Cream Cheese
  • 3 Eggs

Instructions

    Preheat your oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit.
