  1. No. From personal experience I disagree entirely. Carbs give me energy to exercise. Which allow me to build up muscle mass which has helped me lose weight. Ketogenic diets make me very cold tired and sleep badly.

  2. Ahh yes Elle only at the beginning of the keto diet…but if you stick with it to allow your body to burn FATS for energy rather then CARBS for energy this cold,tired, feelings will go away. Once you reach proper ketosis your energy will be like no other…

    This is first time to try Keto for me to lose weight ,but I have thyroid problem my
    heart give me palpitations some time I just don’t that my pill are 800mg but going one not 2
    hear it go .
